Due to the sensitivity and purity requirements of laboratory reagents, all Pepfinity transactions are final. We do not support returns, item exchanges, or order cancellations once payment has been completed.
Strict Non-Return Policy
All items supplied by Pepfinity are strictly intended for laboratory research applications. To ensure product integrity and safety compliance:
- We cannot accept returns on opened or unopened items.
- Product exchanges are not permitted.
- Orders cannot be canceled after payment processing.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Should your package arrive damaged, defective, or containing incorrect items, please contact support@pepfinity.com within 7 days of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the issue swiftly, please include:
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the problem
- High-resolution photographs showing the product and shipping packaging
Verified claims will be resolved at Pepfinity’s discretion through either a product replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are never issued.
Logistics & Carrier Responsibility
Pepfinity cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, packages confirmed as delivered by the courier, lost/stolen goods post-delivery, or errors caused by misentered shipping information at checkout.
Disputed Charges
Initiating a chargeback prior to contacting our support team violates our terms. Pepfinity reserves the right to terminate accounts, decline future orders, and submit complete order records to contest unwarranted chargebacks. Please contact support@pepfinity.com first to resolve any issues.
Terms Updates
Pepfinity may alter or refine this policy at any time. Updates are effective upon posting to the website.
